Entering the Awards is Easy
Follow the simple steps below to enter the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Awards. You will need to produce a submission that our expert judging panel will find worthy to shout about.

To enter the awards, you will need to register and pay the £350 (Inc VAT) registration fee. This will give you access to the registration form where you can enter as many categories as you like. You can register before the entries open up in February 2025 and get a head start on your submission!

Pick your Categories
Decide which categories best aligns with your business or executive to nominate. Enter as many categories as you like – good luck!

Create your Submission
You will need to create a submission for each category you enter. Submissions can either be written or produced as a video.

Submit via the Form
Submissions can only be accepted via the official entry form. You’ll gain access to the form after registering and paying the registration fee.

Relax and wait for the News
Once the entry date closes in May 2025, our expert panel of judges will get to work on deciding who makes the final. We will be in touch with everyone to share the great news.

Creative media professional with 30 years of diverse international experience in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Birch has edited daily, weekly, monthly and annual print titles, ranging from daily newspapers to glossy celebrity magazines, niche B2B magazines and luxury lifestyle publications. An early adopter of digital – creating web content since 1996 – Birch has also created digital app magazines, smartphone apps and overseen online strategies and social strategies. Birch has also worked in television, both behind and in front of the camera, and in public relations roles providing creative content and reputation management.
Alisa Bornstein
VISA Europe
Alisa Bornstein is an international, business focused Procurement leader with c 30-years of experience in global and regional CPO and other senior roles, leading and transforming global and regional procurement in mature and emerging markets across various industries, in e.g. technology, telecom, semiconductor, fintech and finance and payments.
In January 2021, Alisa has joined Visa as Vice President, leading European Sourcing organisation. In her role she is focusing on driving transformation and operational excellence and championing ESG in supply chain.
Alisa is recognised industry leader, listed several times among Top 15 of Top 100 Global Leaders in Procurement. She is passionate advocate for value creating and business centric Procurement utilizing its unique position in the company ecosystem, enabling supplier innovation, collaboration and building a better world!

Jim Townsend
Walgreens Boots Alliance
Townsend is the former CPO at Walgreens Boots Alliance, a Fortune 20 company. He now advises business executives and leadership teams on how to maximise the value from procurement.
Prior to joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, he worked for Anglo American and General Electric also within commercial procurement. He has worked overseas extensively, in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and retail environments. He holds an MBA in Strategic Procurement from the University of Birmingham, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior to joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, he worked for Anglo American and General Electric also within commercial procurement. He has worked overseas extensively, in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and retail environments. He holds an MBA in Strategic Procurement from the University of Birmingham, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ninian Wilson
Vodafone Procurement Co
Wilson joined Vodafone on the 1st June 2009 as SCM IT Director, and was appointed to the board of Vodafone Procurement Company in November 2009.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Ninian held the position of Operations Director for Royal Mail plc, managing the largest workforce in the United Kingdom with full accountability for the delivery of Royal Mail’s customer promise and its transformation programme.
Previously Ninian held senior positions in Cable & Wireless plc. (Chief Procurement Officer & Group Property Director) and was a member of the board of the Caribbean business unit and Trustee of the Pension Scheme.

Daniel Weise
Boston Consulting Group
A procurement enthusiast, Weise has had the privilege to lead BCG’s procurement business line globally. His work focuses on value delivery by putting suppliers at the core. Value delivery for Weise is much more than cost savings, but focuses equally on sustainability, innovation, quality, speed and resilient supply chains.
Putting a lot of focus on the enabling dimensions – the operating model and digital enablers – much of Weise ‘s client work has taken place in PMI or restructuring settings, lately in turbulent times.
As of today, Weise has published two books (‘Profit from the Source’ and ‘Jumpstart to Digital Procurement’) and is a proud co-author of several WEF publications on Sustainability.
