Invitation Letters & Visa Requirements for International Attendees

We are excited to welcome global participants to the AAPSCM International Conferences & Global Awards scheduled for October 27–29, 2025. To assist international attendees in planning their travel to the United States, please carefully review the following guidelines and requirements.

General Visa Requirements

If you are an international attendee traveling to the U.S., you may need a B-1 Business Visitor visa, or you may qualify under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). It is your responsibility to determine the appropriate visa and apply well in advance.

Visa Application Steps:

Confirm your visa eligibility and type
Apply early – at least 8–12 weeks before travel
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay
Pay your full AAPSCM conference registration fee
Request your official AAPSCM invitation letter after payment is received

Official Invitation Letter

AAPSCM provides official Invitation Letters to assist with your visa application after full registration payment has been received. This letter is meant solely for the purpose of supporting your visa application and does not guarantee visa issuance.

No invitation letter will be issued without full registration payment. No exceptions will be made.

Registration Payment Policy

Full registration payment is required before an invitation letter can be issued.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc.

Once payment is confirmed, the invitation letter will be sent by email within 3–5 business days.

Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

If you are from a Visa Waiver Program country, you may travel to the U.S. for up to 90 days without a visa. However, you must apply for ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) prior to travel.
